Preferred Industries was founded in 1996 by a focused team with 50 years of entrepreneurial experience. This expertise spawned a number of successful ventures including clinics, pharmacies, strategic industry investments, research and development and launched numerous medical products. This experience across a broad spectrum of the medical industry over the decades uncovered a new opportunity – to provide a streamlined distribution channel between manufacturers and end-users.
With the addition of the Preferred Industries’ Nashville Distribution Center, we are able to acquire a wide range of products for our customers that are available on-demand without the need to meet large minimum order quantities. Our on-demand model helps customers avoid costly inventory mistakes while providing cost-effective operational solutions. This not only provides financial relief from inventory debt or asset allocation, it also improves customer cash flow and positively impacts the bottom line.
Operational services include pick/pack/ship, cross-docking and direct to customer delivery systems, affording our customers the freedom to focus on revenue and growth strategies. Our product sourcing capabilities and industry expertise continue to identify market trends and expansion opportunities.
